Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, international shipping is available. Customs fees may apply.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be dispatched 1 - 2 business days, excluding weekends, after purchasing. Once your order has been sent, UK orders will arrive within 2 - 3 working days.
International orders: Europe, 3 - 5 working days. Rest of the world: 6 - 10 working days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all orders will be tracked, and you will receive a tracking code after purchasing.

Are items new or pre-owned?
All our items are second-hand and pre-loved from Italy. We try to source the best-condition items.
How do you describe an item's condition?
Our Items are graded: Like New, Excellent, Good, Fair. Any flaws will be noted in the description and photos, due to the nature of vintage and second-hand, some items might have marks and signs of wear, but these will all be noted in the listing
Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return and state your reasoning, at Shopatciaobella@gmail.com or via our contact us page
The customer is responsible for return postage costs and for ensuring that the parcel arrives back with us.
Ciao Bella is not liable for orders that are lost or damaged in the post when being returned. Please make sure you use a reliable delivery service and keep a copy of the tracking number/proof of postage until you have been refunded.
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right
